Our FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about JFC like "Where do you ship to?", "What materials do you use?", or "What's your average ring price?". Most 'common' questions can be found in our FAQ section. If not, drop us a line using our Contact Page and we'll get back to you usually within 24 hrs.

Our shopping cart is not currently hooked up to our site so the cart on our pages will not reflect your purchases right now. Just be sure to hang on to your verification emails. We will have to work into hooking it up. It's an added expense that our small business just can't take on right now. It's cheaper for both of us if you pay for our products using our SQUARE account. Let us know what you would like to purchase and we will send you a specific link to make the payment. (Also See FAQ 'Payments') Once we make enough in sales to turn on our 'in-site' cart we will. Not exactly sure how long that will take.

Our most common customers appear to be those from the 38 - 68 year old range. And from what they have told us, it's because they appreciate the work, time, and effort we put into each one of our unique pieces. They, the 38-68's, also express that they understand that quality craftsmanship takes TIME, whereas most below the age of 38 expect 'instant gratification' on pretty much everything. The 38-68 group is also willing to put down a deposit if needed (without complaint), whereas a majority of the below 38's are not.

At JFC, we are committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility, which is why we primarily use 'upcycled' metals in our rings. Our main metal material of choice is aluminum, known for its lightweight, durability, and minimal environmental impact. By utilizing upcycled metals, we not only reduce waste but also offer unique and stylish pieces that stand out for their quality and eco-friendliness. We also collect unique rock formations next to rivers and other bodies of water to include in our creations. We cut, shape, and shine all materials ourselves, in-house. Our approach ensures that each ring not only looks good but also aligns with our values of sustainability and ethical craftsmanship.

Most of our necklaces, bracelets, and other assorted jewelry (not including rings) may include pieces from outside sources. (ie; chains, some hooks, earring clasps, etc.)

Since we use 'upcycled' metals, we have no way of verifying how much nickel remains in any given piece. We do our best to smelt the metals to their purest form, but it's difficult to get it 100% clean. If you are a very sensitive person, I would recommend choosing a wood & aluminum combo, with the wood contacting the skin rather than the metal.

We do not offer returns or refunds so be sure to read all descriptions and information and be sure your ring size is accurate before ordering or bidding. All purchases are final.

Metal rings can sometimes cause skin irritation, especially if they contain nickel or other allergenic metals. It's advisable to opt for hypoallergenic materials like wood, titanium or stainless steel to minimize the risk of skin reactions.

No, we do not make local deliveries. Even if you live in Twin Falls, your order will still be mailed to you. We don't have the resources to make deliveries as our staff is only 2 people plus, local delivery rates are too expensive. Flat Rate USPS shipping is only $4.95. We can't personally deliver it for that cheap so we just let USPS do it for us. Most of our items are small so you can ship several items in the same box (ie; approx 1-10 necklaces) for the same price.

We ship anywhere within the USA. We will also ship to US Military Bases in other countries. Cost of shipping within the USA is included in the ring price. (see Shipping Costs)

The average cost of one of our simple, plain smooth aluminum bands, without any gemstones, runs about $50 on average. The price may vary a little because we allow people to BID on our rings rather than just list them at a set retail price.

The best chance at winning a bid is to start out with a 'fair' bid. Anything below $50 for a ring is automatically rejected by our system. We use a 'sealed' bid system so you don't know how many people are bidding or what the highest bid is. Just bid what your heart tells you. Rings are pretty much the only items we take bids on. Everything else will be listed at what we feel is a 'fair' price based on similar items others in the market are creating. Keep checking back though. We may decide to allow bids on items not normally listed for bidding.

Payment Collection We use an outside 3rd party to collect our payments. SQUARE or PayPal. Our site host wants to charge us an additional $25 per month just for the 'privilege' of having a convenient store and cart, whether we make a sale or not. Then, when we do make a sale, they want to charge us an additional fee on top of everything else. This just isn't cost effective for anyone. When you see a product you like, contact us with the product details and we will create a personal SQUARE or PayPal link just for you to make the purchase. Just let us know your preference.
