AI bots keep "malfunctioning"

As AI and humanoid robots become a reality, a scary trend emerges of them seemingly going after humans.

Now these could just be simple malfunctions, but AI chat bots like ChatGPT seem to be doing things they should not even have access to.

So what is really going on here?
