It's all about 'ATTITUDE'  ... You might want to re-evaluate your actual 'worth'.  We are in a different era now. With so many applicants to choose from, the cold hard fact is, it brings your 'value'  down. Adapt, or be left out in the cold.

 

The Harsh Reality

Consistently complaining on YouTube about being unemployed is unlikely to secure anyone a job. One must consider how many opportunities have been declined because they did not align perfectly with preconceived notions of an ideal work environment.

Many individuals seem to believe that earning $0 and relying on others, or living with parents or on the streets, is preferable to earning $15 an hour. It is essential for people to learn to live within their means. Building a successful life requires time and effort, and valuable opportunities are seldom simply given without effort.

 

For individuals asserting 'there are no jobs',  your job search will likely be challenging in the coming years. It is essential to be prepared to 'adapt'  to these ever changing conditions to ensure your success.

 

I wouldn't be turning down anything at this point if I were them.

The job market in 2025 is proving to be exceptionally difficult, and many hopeful job seekers are running into roadblocks.

 

Companies are being cautious with hiring, often delaying new positions or prioritizing only the most experienced candidates.

 

Layoffs and hiring freezes in certain industries have reduced opportunities, forcing many to accept jobs outside their field or take on part-time work.

Hey, we get it... the job market is tough, no doubt. But are you making it tougher than it needs to be? Is your PRIDE getting in the way?

At JFC, our observations both online and in person suggest a prevalent sense of 'entitlement',  especially among many Gen Z job seekers & college graduates. Employers pick up on that... And they won't say a thing about it to you directly. They will just quietly X your name and application from the list and label you as 'trouble'.

​

Hundreds of applications get tossed aside IMMEDIATELY for that one reason - ATTITUDE.

 

​A wise man once told me:

"If serving is beneath you, then leading is beyond you".

TALK alone holds little value these days...
